Site Area: 2.7acre
The site is located on 415 W. Washington St, a location which is the transition district of historic area and downtown Ann Arbor. It’s part of the Ann Arbor City Greenway. The theme of the design is to transform the original parking lot into a green space. The existing buildings are re-designed to be studios and classrooms. In addition, a theater & restaurant is proposed to attract people and bring revenue to the site.
